Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.437(A)/2012, pending in the file of learned JMFC, Reamal, arising out of Reamal P.S. Case No.116/2012, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 302 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of her application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh by order dated 08.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the learned Court in seisin after examination of the witness Bimala Santi Minz. 6.
