Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the I.A filed for interim bail.

Accordingly, I.A stands dismissed as not pressed. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in S.C. Case No.10 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kantabanji, arising out of Kantabanji P.S. Case No.129 of 2021 for commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/304-B/302/201 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act.

Perused the order of rejection dated 05.09.2022 of the learned Court in seisin.

Since it is borne out that only I.O is to be examined and in the meanwhile three months have elapsed, learned Court in seisin is
called upon to conclude the trial, if not already done, within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 7.
Registry is requested to do the needful.

The BLAPL thus stands dispose of.
