Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a poor labourer, who met with accident and became permanently disabled. His client made representation dated 15th July, 2022 to opposite party no.1. He seeks direction upon said opposite party for considering the representation. 2.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. She submits, on direction made on representation will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 15th July, 2022 and inform petitioner the result, three weeks from communication. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order along with copy of the representation and
