Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, husband of his client met with accident. Claim was made on Master Policy for personal accident insurance of Kissan Credit Card holder. Pursuant thereto his client made representation dated 15th February, 2022 to opposite party no.1. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider the representation. 2.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. She submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly considered. 3.
