Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's husband died due to Covid-19. Compensation was sought and application dated 11th March, 2022 made to opposite party no.2. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to deal with the claim.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government dvocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the claim will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said claim dated 11th March, 2022. Decision on the consideration, either by payment or reasons for denial, must be made known to petitioner within three weeks of communication. Petitioner will communicate
