1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the parties have decided to get rid of matrimonial relation that subsists, by filing a suit U/s.13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The appellant, in that perspective, is inclined not to proceed with the present appeal.
3. Mr. Tripathy has filed memorandum seeking leave for withdrawal of the appeal.
4. Prayer stands allowed.
5. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
