1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner being a meritorious candidate applied for the post of Initial Appointee (Physical Education Teacher) pursuant to the advertisement No.21/SSD dated 03.01.2022 published by the Opposite Party No.2/ Collector and District Magistrate, Keonjhar. In the instant Writ Petition, she challenges the improper evaluation and tampering of the answer papers of the Opposite PartyNos.5 and 6 and preparation of merit list for the post of Initial Appointee (Physical Education Teacher) in the evaluation centre at D.N. High School, Keonjhar thereby the Petitioner has been deprived of her due place

// 2 // in the merit list. He further submits that many candidates who are less meritorious than the Petitioner have been placed in the merit list. Hence, the Petitioner prays for quashing of the impugned merit list vide notification No.2833 dated 03.09.2022 under Annexure-3 in respect of Initial Appointee (Physical Education Teacher) pursuant to Advertisement No.21/SSD dated 03.01.2022. He further submits that the Petitioner came to know from the reliable source that there has been lot of infirmity in the evaluation process and merit has been supervised brazenly.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has failed to point out his vehemently argued reliable source nor could he indicate any such infirmity by way of his application. Further, he has failed to show any document fortifying his claim.

5. In such view of the matter, this petition filed by the Petitioner is a frivolous one having no merit.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
