1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of their representation dated 12.01.2021 under Annexure-7 regarding employment for the post of Ganasikshyak/ Junior Teacher in terms of the Resolution dated 16.02.2008 passed by the School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

Considering the limited prayer of the Petitioners, without going into the merit of the claim of the Petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.2/Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation dated 12.01.2021 under Annexure-7 of the Petitioners within a period of three months from the date of presentation/ production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
