There is no time stipulation in disposal of W.P.(C).No.11122 of Order No.01 2022 on 05.05..2022 thereby remanding the Mutation Case No.12346 of 2021 for fresh disposal. Taking advantage of no time for disposal, the Addl. Tahasildar-opposite party no.3 therein is not disposing the matter. In the further consideration of the case through order dated 30.08.202 in disposal of I.A.No.9144 of 2022, in paragraph-6 a Coordinate Bench of this Court has given a direction that the proceeding to be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of production of citified copy of that order. This order was passed on 30.08.2022. This Contempt petition having been fled on 20.09.2022 will be premature for there is no expiry of time stipulation fixed by this Court.
