Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Special 2(a)CC Case No.01 of 2022, in T.R. Case No.61 of 2022, pending in the file of Special Judge, Nayagarh, for alleged commission of offences under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

The prayer in the interim bail application as well as in the present bail application is presumptuous. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to ensure that the Investigating Officer shall appear on the date fixed. 6.
