This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.112 of 2022 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Dharingbadi, arising out of Daringbadi P.S Case No.76 of 2022, for commission of the offence under Sections 376(2)(f)/376(2)(1)/506 IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Balliguda by order dated 22.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application with a liberty to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of the victim.

On such application being filed, learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to consider the same on its own merit. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn 8.
