Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "

Therefore, the petitioner prays that your lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue Rule NISI, calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus shall not be issued directing the Opp.Parties to regularize the service of the petitioner and grant him all the consequential benefits flowing from it;

And if the Opp.Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient case then make the rule absolute;

And, pass any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction / directions as your lordships may deem just and proper And for this act of kindness the petitioner as on duty bound shall ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexure-3 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The photocopy of the said order be placed in the connected cases.
