Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the nature of grievance involved herein and for the challenge to the impugned order at Annexure-1, this Court observes no further litigation by way of Writ Petition is entertainable. At this stage learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail civil remedy.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
