1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. T. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer passed on 25.04.2022 by the O.P. No. 3.
4. It is submitted that during last six (6) years the Petitioner has been subject to 6th order of transfer. It is also submitted that vide the impugned order of transfer passed by the O.P. No. 3 in terms of the order passed by the O.P. No. 2 the Petitioner has been transferred to a place, which is more than 100 K.M. from his present place of posting. It is also submitted that seeking cancellation of such order of transfer though the Petitioner has approached the O.P. No. 2 since 08.08.2022 under Annexure-8, but no decision has been taken on such plea of the Petitioner.

5. Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in terms of the impugned order of transfer the Petitioner has not yet been relieved nor anybody has joined in his place as on date.
6. Taking into account such submission of Mr. Nanda this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the O.P. No. 2 to take a decision on the prayer made by the Petitioner under Annexure-2 within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
7. It is observed that till a fresh decision is taken, status-quo as on today with regard to continuance of the Petitioner shall be maintained. The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order before O.P. No. 2 within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of this order.
8. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
