This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (physical/ Order No.
virtual) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State (Vigilance).

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 corresponding to VGR Case No. 07 of 2020-21 pending on the file of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balangir; he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 29th April, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation; and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner. Violation of any of the condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
