Considering the innocuous prayer involved, this Court expressing its anxiety in long pendency of Mutation Appeal No.105 of 2018 disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Sub-Collector, Cuttack to dispose of the said Appeal, if the same is still pending, at least within a period of three months but however involving the Respondents therein.
