On perusals of the records, it appears that on 31.08.2015, this Writ Petition was dismissed for default due to non-appearance of the Petitioner on 29.09.2014, 07.04.2015 and on several occasions adjournments were sought. After restoration of the Writ Petition, when the matter is listed today, none appears for the Petitioner.
