1. The prayer in the present petition by the Workmen is for Order No.

directions to the Opposite Party-Management to implement the award dated 18th January, 2020, the challenge to which, on behalf of the Management, has been negatived by this Court today by a separate order dismissing the Management's W.P.(C) No.17585 of 2021. Consequently, a direction is issued to the Management to now implement the said award dated 18th January, 2020 not later than twelve weeks from today.

2. Upon failure by the Management to comply with the above directions, it will be open to the Workmen to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
