For the selfsame issue, it appears, the Petitioner has already raised a complain pending before the Collector, Bhadrak, O.P.2, for which this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to look into the request as well as complain of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-13 series and pass appropriate orders on the same requiring appropriate action to be taken therein at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.
