This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to RTO, Chandikhole-Opposite Party No.3 to accept the arrear tax as well as onetime tax in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.OD-04-A-0567 (Tata Magic) and to issue notice under Section 13(2) of the Odisha Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1975 (for short, 'the Act').

In course of hearing, Mr. Pani, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Petitioner approaches the RTO, Chandikhole to ventilate his grievance.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case of the Petitioner, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that in the event Petitioner files an application along with certified copy of this order before RTO, Chandikhoe-Opposite Party No.3 to accept the outstanding tax as well as onetime tax in respect of vehicle

// 2 // bearing registration No. OD-04-A-0567 (Tata Magic), he shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order thereon, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks therefrom.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
