This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.1020 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh arising out of Barkote P.S. Case No.393 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 379/411/34 of I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Deogarh by order dated 14.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that because of his criminal proclivity, he has been remanded in the case at hand on 05.09.2022 and still he is in custody in the connected matter.

Taking into account the manner of implication of the case at hand, this Court directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

8.

Keeping in view his criminal proclivity, this Court directs the Petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till the submission of final form.

9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
