Learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo annexing the copies of the orders passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in C.S. No.1402 of 2020, which is taken on record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner including the memo filed today in Court and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Lingaraj P.S. Case No.231 of 2020 corresponding to 1.C.C. Case No.2952 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
