This Court finds strange in the pendency of the demarcation proceeding since 2016. However, disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event Demarcation Case No.78/2016 at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending, there should be showing of final outcome on such proceeding by O.P.2 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
