The present ABLAPL has been filed after disposal of ABLAPL No.17171 of 2017 on 08.11.2017 on the ground that, Saratha Swain has already been granted bail in BLAPL No.2049 of 2017 and the present petitioner Upendra Swain is similarly circumstanced with the aforesaid co-accused person. 5.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the fact that, earlier bail application has already been disposed of, the present bail application is not maintainable.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for extension of time in ABLAPL No.17171 of 2017. 7.

The present bail application is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
