Mr. Pal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, impugned is notice dated 19th October, 2020 issued by the arbitrator, inter alia, directing parties to appear and proceed with the reference. In the meantime, there has been settlement. There are no disputes surviving for adjudication in the reference. He files affidavit dated 13th September, 2022 on leave obtained from Court and copy served.
