1. The Petitioner's representation dated 17th September, 2021 shall be examined by the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and after giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st February, 2023 and be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
