This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.507 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.d.J.M., Patnagarh arising out of Kharprakhol P.S. Case No.95 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 274/275/120-B of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagargh by order dated 14.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and that the petitioner has been remanded on 19.08.2022 in this case and still he is custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on

such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, it is directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till the submission of final form. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
