This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.205 of 2018 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party. 4.

Since the evidence in this case has already been taken and Petitioner seeks transfer of the aforesaid case on the ground that she has a kid of 6 years old, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer on the aforesaid ground, but directed the

// 2 // Court below to conclude the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

If the travel expenses claimed by the Petitioner-wife, the Court shall pass necessary order on the same. 6.

With the aforesaid order, the TRP(C) stands disposed of.
