Considering the innocuous prayer made in this Writ Petition for Order No.

finalization of the Mutation Appeal No.80 of 2018, this Court directs the Sub-Collector, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 to conclude the Mutation Appeal No.80 of 2018 involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner and if necessary, notice be issued to the parties likely to be affected through Special Messenger at the cost of the Appellant-Petitioner herein.
