This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Quash fixation of Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- and calculation of pension and other retiral benefits as at Annexure-2 Series and further be pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to sanction Grade Pay Rs.5,400/- as 3rd RACP benefit in favour of the petitioner w.e.f.
01.01.2013 under RACP Scheme-2013.
(ii) Direct/order the Opp. Parties to revise the pension and other retiral benefits like Gratuity, leave salary and commutation value of pension. Family pension and other benefits basing upon GP Rs.5400/- and sanction the deferential amounts in favour of the petitioner within stipulated time period as deem fit and proper for the bonafide interest of justice & equity.
(iii) Direct/order the Opp.Parties to refund the recovered amount (Rs.65682/-) in favour of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
(iv) Pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-3 & 4 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
