This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No.410 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1474 of 2016 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-467/468/420/34 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, have filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this Application stands disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the

// 2 // learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the Petitioners, the same would be made on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
