Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Mr.Mukherjee, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner confines the litigation to Annexure-4 only.

The dispute, if any, involving Annexure-5 may be separately dealt with. The grounds raised herein can very well be adjudicated and agitated before the statutory Appellate Authority involving Annexure-4.

While requesting to withdraw the Writ Petition, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner requests this Court for at least seven days' time for preferring the statutory Appeal. 5.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands permitted to be withdrawn. If the Appeal is preferred within seven days from today, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law keeping in view the urgency involved therein.
