Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, there is already involvement of thirty-two numbers of encroachment cases for clearing of the illegal encroachments. It appears sometime there has been also a direction from this Court. Entire reading of the counter filed on 08.12.2021 does not show any ultimate outcome in the encroachment proceeding involved herein. Petitioner raises serious objection on not undertaking final outcome involving the encroachment proceedings. 3.

Considering the rival contentions of the Parties, this Court to avoid any further wastage of time disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Tahasildar Satyabadi-Opposite Party No.3 to take final decision involving the encroachment cases involved herein at least within a period of three months but however involving all parties likely to be affected.
