Mr.S.K.Padhi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Order No.

CONTC No.99/2020 submits that originally the said Contempt Petition was disposed of with specific direction for compliance of the order of this Court involving O.J.C. No.6272/1994. In course of hearing, in presence of Mr.Padma Charan Nayak, Project Administrator, Integrated Tribal Development Agency, Rayagada, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that O.J.C. No.6272/1994 was disposed of with specific direction against O.P.4 therein. This Court finds, O.P.4 is the Special Officer, Dangaria Kandha Development Agency being the Employer of the Petitioner.

There is no dispute with the position of the Parties. This Court finds, this Suo Motu Contempt Proceeding initiated as against the Project Administrator is not entertainable and stands dropped. 3.

The Contempt Petitioner, if so advised, and there is no compliance of the order involving O.J.C. No.6272/1994, may initiate appropriate contempt proceeding. Personal appearance of Mr.Nayak is dispensed with.
