1. The Petitioners' representation under Annexure-6 series will be examined by the Collector, Ganjam (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties 9 and 10, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 12th December, 2022 and be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
