2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ (s) commanding to the opp.
party no.2 to conclude the Disciplinary Proceeding within a time limit and to allow his subsistence allowance under provision of Rule 21 of the Staff Service Rule."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of seven days from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
