Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner in his first round of litigation moved a wrong Writ Petition bearing W.P.(C) No.20664 of 2022 disposed of on 24.8.2022. For wrong moving of the Petitioner, the order passed therein became inoperative compelling the Petitioner to move afresh by the present Writ Petition.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and as this Court finds, the Petitioner has a detailed representation pending before O.P.8 since 13.9.2022, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition as premature at this stage but however directing O.P.8 in the event of receipt of any such representation at the instance of the Petitioner to take a lawful decision at least within

// 2 // a period of eight weeks, if necessary involving the Parties likely to be affected and in ignorance of the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.20664 of 2022 on 24.8.2022.
