This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed vide order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that since the Petitioner No.1 is a patient underwent burrhole with reservoir placement and Petitioner No.2 is a Health Worker, they are unable to attend the court on each and every date. As such, the condition No.(II) of the aforesaid order dated 23.09.2022 be modified.

Considering such submission, the condition No.(II) of the aforesaid order dated 23.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that they shall appear before the trial court as and when required by the trial court.
