This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for Order No.

early admission of Revision Petition Case No.103 of 2019 pending before the Commissioner Land Records & Settlement, Cuttack 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Revision Petition Case No.103 of 2019 within a period of one month thereafter. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
