This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "to call upon opp. parties, particularly opp. party no.2 for show cause as to why the direction will not be issued for disposal of the representation dtd.17.8.2022 with an early date. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to make its rule absolute if the said opp. party fails to submit sufficient cause of show insufficient cause and after hearing from the parties, this Hon'ble court may direct I the writ of Mandamus to opp. party no.2 for disposal of the representation dtd.17.8.2022 under Annexure-4 within a stipulated time.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this
