1. The challenge in the present petition is to the merger of the Order No.

Odisha Jail Training School, Berhampur with the Mahatma Gandhi Academy of Prisons and Correctional Services, Bhubaneswar by the order dated 29th February 2020 of the Home Department, Government of Odisha.

2. The representations dated 28th July 2020 and 31st August 2020 of the Petitioner were considered and rejected by the order dated 11th December 2020 of the Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department (Annexure-A/2 to the counter affidavit). That order however has not been challenged.

3. Under such circumstances, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforementioned order dated 11th December 2020 in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
