Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner is present, but on perusal of the report of the learned Additional Sessions JudgeCum-Special Judge, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi, it appears that the case, in which the petitioner has sought for bail, has already been disposed of on 21.03.2018 and, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
