Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved and recording the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that Mutation Case No.1904/2020 has been admitted and there is completion of notice, this Court while expressing its anxiety in pendency of such case for two years, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Betanati, O.P.3 to dispose of Mutation Case No.1904/2020 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but with involvement of the Petitioner.
