Considering the submission made, this Court directs, if the Mutation Case No.1905/2020 is still pending with the Tahasildar, Betanati, O.P.3, the same may be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, if necessary notice to the O.Ps. therein may be issued through Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner.
