Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to publish the entire result of M. Tech. (Mechanical System Design) examination consisting of four semester of the petitioner and to issue mark-sheet, provisional and final certificate to the petitioner forthwith.

Mr. P.S. Nayak, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 referring to paragraph-2 of the counter affidavit states that result of the petitioner has already been published.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, since the result of the petitioner has already been published, the relief sough in the present writ petition has been granted. 6.
