2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-8, 3rd line of the order dated 14th Februarys, 2022 instead of mentioning "05.12.2009" "05.12.2019" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in Paragraph-8, 3rd line of the order dated 14th Februarys, 2022 passed in WPC (OA) No.106/2010 the order dated "05.12.2019" be deleted and in its place the order dated "05.12.2009" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
