2. Petitioner in the writ petition, who had availed a cash credit loan from the opposite party-Bank by mortgaging immovable property, has challenged the action of the opposite party-Bank in taking steps for sale of the mortgaged property.

3. When the matter is taken up, Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
