This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the description of offence in paragraph-1 of the bail application in Court today.

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No.1412 of 2022, pending before the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, arising out of Dharmasala P.S. Case No.512 of 2022, for offences under Sections 379/294/120-B/34 of IPC. 5.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandikhole, by order dated 20.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since investigation has progressed substantially, further continuance of the petitioners in custody is unwarranted. 7.
Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
