This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this application to recall the order dated 15.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21002 of 2022. 3.

The order dated 15.09.2022 reveals that the said writ petition was dismissed not only due to non appearance of the petitioner on consecutive dates, but also due to non compliance of the direction of this court with regard to removal of the defect.

In course of hearing, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with liberty to file review application, to which this Court do not want to express any opinion.
