This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 19th October, 2019 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karanjia in C.S. No.36 of 2012, whereby he rejected an application filed by the Plaintiff-Opposite Party No.1 to admit certain documents in evidence.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that when the matter was listed on 26th October, 2022, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that an endeavour for settlement of the matter is being made before learned trial Court. Hence, he prayed for an adjournment.

Today, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the CMP with liberty to move this Court, if any fresh cause of action arises.

Granting such liberty, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
